Privacy Policy
Pumpstall (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides automation software and related services that help users detect pump → stall setups on Binance Futures and optionally automate trading with their own exchange API keys. This Policy explains what information we process when you use our website, Telegram channel/bot, and paid offerings.
Pumpstall is software — not investment, financial, or trading advice. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions and for any use of your exchange account.
1. Who is responsible
The website and product are operated under the Pumpstall brand at pumpstall.com, in connection with Revision Alpha / Idoneo (as shown in the site footer). For privacy requests, contact:
- Product / programming: hola@idoneo.dev
- Infrastructure / company: info@revisionalpha.com
2. What this Policy covers
- Our marketing website and live scanner views
- Free signals and updates via Telegram
- Checkout and subscriptions handled through Stripe
- Product communications related to Traders / paid plans
It does not cover Binance, Telegram, Stripe, or Google as independent controllers of data you provide directly to them under their own terms.
3. Information we collect
3.1 Website & analytics
When you visit pumpstall.com we may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device/OS hints, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and referral URLs. If Google Analytics is enabled, that service may set cookies or similar identifiers to help us understand traffic and improve the site.
3.2 Payments (Stripe)
Paid plans (e.g. Traders) are processed by Stripe. When you open Checkout or a Payment Link, you provide billing details to Stripe. We may receive limited subscription and customer metadata from Stripe (such as email, subscription status, and payment confirmation) so we can fulfill access. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
3.3 Telegram
If you join our public Telegram channel or interact with our bot, Telegram processes your Telegram account data under Telegram’s privacy policy. We may see your Telegram user id, username, and messages you send to the bot, and we may send alerts or summaries to chats you configure. Public channel posts are visible to channel members and may include market symbols and performance percentages — not your private account balances or API secrets.
3.4 Exchange API keys & trading data
Pumpstall automation is designed so that you connect your own Binance API keys in your own environment (for example on a server or machine you control). The marketing site does not ask you to paste exchange API keys into web forms.
If you run the software with your keys, trade-related telemetry that the software generates (symbols, fills, PnL percentages, scanner metrics) may be used to operate alerts and summaries you enable. Treat API keys as secrets: use restricted keys, avoid withdrawal permissions when possible, and never share them publicly.
3.5 Communications you send us
If you email us or contact us by other means, we process the content of that message and your contact details to respond.
4. Why we process data
- Operate and secure the website and product
- Provide free signals and optional paid automation access
- Process payments and prevent fraud (via Stripe)
- Measure site usage and improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms / risk notices
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests (site security, product improvement, informal analytics), consent (where required for non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.
5. Cookies
We may use strictly necessary cookies for basic site operation and, when configured, analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics). You can block or delete cookies in your browser; some analytics features may then be limited.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data only as needed with providers such as:
- Stripe — payments and subscriptions
- Telegram — channel/bot delivery
- Google — analytics (if enabled)
- Hosting / infrastructure — servers that run the site or software
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the service.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the EU, United States, or other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms offered by those providers (such as standard contractual clauses).
8. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above: analytics in aggregate or for a limited period; payment/subscription records as required for accounting and support; Telegram interaction logs as needed to operate the bot; and correspondence for a reasonable support period unless a longer retention is legally required.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, object to certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email hola@idoneo.dev (product) or info@revisionalpha.com (infrastructure). We may need to verify your request.
10. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to a small software product. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your exchange API keys, devices, and Telegram account.
11. Children
Pumpstall is intended for adults who can lawfully use crypto trading services. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
12. Risk & responsibility (important)
Trading futures involves a substantial risk of loss. Past results — including scanner scores, Telegram alerts, or published PnL percentages — do not guarantee future performance. You keep full control of your exchange account. We are not responsible for trading losses, exchange outages, misconfigured bots, leaked API keys, or third-party service failures.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
